Megan Martell

Jeremy Siefkas

Chief Internet Officer

Spend a minute with Jeremy Siefkas, Chief Internet Officer, and you see a light-hearted, sandy-haired thirty-something with an easy smile. Spend another minute and you see intensity. You see confidence. You see cool certainty about how the internet is evolving.

That certainty was a long time in the making. In January 1995, Jeremy joined Corporate America as a college intern working for a large national Yellowpage company. Over the course of the next 14 years he climbed the corporate ladder, relocating, traveling weekly and engulfing himself in the political games that come with corporate salaries. It was a great J-O-B until finally one day he’d had enough. He was tired of the outrageous prices, lack of results and inadequate customer service. All the company cared about was the almighty dollar!

Fast forward to 2009. Jeremy and business partner Megan Martell started LocalizeIt Online with credentials to include a combined 25+ years in marketing/sales with the last five years focusing on all things Internet. "We experienced first-hand how not to treat customers." Jeremy says with a laugh. "We set out to build our clients’ internet businesses and we’re doin’ it. It’s workin.’ The proof is in the numbers- we’re making it happen. And we can’t wait to do more."

A lot of hard work later, Megan Martell reached the summit only to find she didn’t like the view. Her roots were more down to earth in the rich soil of small business, helping entrepreneurs grow and succeed. Now this married mother of two has her hands busy tending to Localizeit Online and the "challenging, rewarding, exciting, exhausting" days it demands. "At the end of the day," she says, "I’m in control. And that is wicked cool."
